Shipping & Delivery

What is the estimated Tailsprouts shipping time?

A: Because every item is "sprouted" (custom-made) just for you, our process has two stages.

  • Production: 3 - 7 business days.
  • Shipping: 7 - 12 business days.
  • Total Wait: generally 2 - 3 weeks.
    We strive to keep the Tailsprouts shipping time as short as possible without compromising quality.

How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package. If you just received the email, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.

My items arrived separately. Is something missing?

A: No, this is normal! To speed up delivery, we ship items from different facilities as soon as they are ready.

What should I do if my order says it's delivered but I haven't received it yet?

Sometimes the carrier scans the packaged to deliver before the package is out for delivery. Please allow an extra day for the carrier to deliver your order. If you still have not received your order after a day, you can file a claim directly with the carrier or your can reach out to our customer service team at service@tailsprouts.com with any additional questions and/or concerns.

A: Our Tailsprouts return policy is designed to be fair. Since products are personalized:

  • Quality Issues: We offer a free replacement or full refund for damaged/incorrect items.
  • Personal Reasons: If you changed your mind or picked the wrong size, we offer a "Remake Option" (pay 40% fee for a new one) or a refund minus a 40% crafting fee.

Can I cancel or change my order?

A: You have a 2-hour window to change or cancel for free. After that, a 40% fee applies. Please reach out to our Tailsprouts contact team immediately if you need help.
