How do I get the first purchase coupon?

Once you subscribe to our website, you’ll receive a welcome email containing your first purchase coupon. Be sure to check your inbox! If you’re unable to locate the email, don’t worry—simply contact our Customer Service team at service@tailsprouts.com for assistance.

How do I use my discount code?

Using your discount code is a breeze! At cart or checkout, enter the code in the “Add a Coupon” box and click “Save.” Please note that promotional codes can only be used once.

What information do I need to check out?

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs. For express shipping, you can expect your order within 5–8 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 8–12 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may extend during peak seasons or if your parcel is held by customs. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays due to factors beyond our control may occur. In such cases, your order may take an additional 5 business days to arrive.

Can I update my shipping address on my order?

Need to update your shipping address? No problem! As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll assist you with the address change. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free worldwide shipping for orders above $49

How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy! Simply click on the“Track my Order” link in the footer. Enter your Tracking Number or Order Number, and get real-time updates on the status of your delivery.



What should I do if my order says it's delivered but I haven't received it yet?

Sometimes the carrier scans the packaged to deliver before the package is out for delivery. Please allow an extra day for the carrier to deliver your order. If you still have not received your order after a day, you can file a claim directly with the carrier or your can reach out to our customer service team at service@tailsprouts.com with any additional questions and/or concerns.

How do I make change to my order?

Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours via service@tailsprouts.com for assistance. We will be able to change the order if the package has not been shipped out.

How do I cancel my order?

Please get in touch with our customer service team within 24 hours for assistance. We can cancel the order if it has not been shipped out. If the package has been delivered, please ensure that the product is in good condition and return the product to us. You will need to pay for return shipping.



Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number and other order information by logging into your account(If you have registered an account). You can also check the order confirmation email.



My product is faulty or has arrived damaged?

Although this rarely happens. If the item arrive damaged, please contact our customer service service@tailsprouts.com in a timely manner and we will issue a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective.



Return and Replacement

How can I return or exchange my product?

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tgs, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned as well as an item that is returned more than 30 days since received. However, certain types of items can not be returned, such as custom products. We do NOT offer refunds on any saled products purchased during the holiday season or applied with discount codes.
