We want you to be 100% satisfied with services provided from us. If your product is defective or not described, don't worry. Just send us an email at service@tailsprouts.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return Policy. If you would like to return your order for any quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. To return a purchase, you email us through service@tailsprouts.com. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Video or photo of faulty products
- Complete delivery address
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tgs, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned as well as an item that is returned more than 30 days since received.
- Any unsuccessful deliveries due to any customers' mistakes on shipping address or customers' unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
- Certain types of items can not be returned, such as custom products. We do NOT offer refunds on any saled products purchased during the holiday season or applied with discount codes.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should contact service@tailsprouts.com. Our staff will get in touch with you, and you can return the product after confirmation. If you return the product without confirmation, our warehouse cannot identify the sender, which will cause your refund unavailable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 days.
