Shipping Policy

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION

    After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

    SHIPPING

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, custom products require an additional 3-5 business days for processing as they are made-to-order.  We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days for orders to process. You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

    Delivery Time=Processing Time + Shipping Time

    Shipping Cost:

    United States:  $5.99 USD (Free Shipping over $39 USD)

    Shipping to Canada:  $7.99 CAD (Free Shipping over $55 CAD)

    Shipping to United Kingdom: £4.99 GBP (Free Shipping over $30 GBP)

  • SPECIAL CONDITION
    • Custom products require an additional 3-5 business days for processing as they are made-to-order. Thank you for your patience while we craft your unique item!
    • Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
    • Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. 
    CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

    As long as your order hasn’tbeen shipped yet, you can contact our customer serviceservice@tailsprouts.com with your order number, and we'll assist you with the address change. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
