At Tailsprouts, we don’t pull products off a dusty shelf. Every single item is "tailored by you, sprouted by us." This means your order is custom-made specifically for you, fresh off the press.
Good things take time to grow, and we appreciate your patience as we create your unique gift.
1. The "Sprouting" Phase (Production Time)
Since every item is made to order, we need a few days to prepare it before it ships.

Standard Production Time: Please allow 3 – 7 business days for us to print, stitch, and quality-check your order.
- Note: During high-volume seasons (like Christmas or Valentine's Day), production may take a few extra days.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order has blossomed into a finished product and leaves our facility, standard shipping times apply.

3. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to activate in the system.

Multiple Shipments: If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a canvas), they may be "sprouted" in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Don't worry if you only receive part of your order first; the rest is on its way!
