I love the watch. The look and feel is great. The only drawback was no instructions on how to use the watch adjustment tool. I look up the process online and was able to make the necessary adjustment.

My husband is very happy with the watch, loves the way it represents the Puerto Rican culture, The only issue was the size of the bracelet being too big for his wrist so we took it to the jewelry store and had it adjusted.

The site is very difficult to navigate. I chose a certain style of band. I chose a silver with Gold tone and received a black one. Shame on me for not reviewing the final receipt. I was so excited ordering the watch and also didn't realize it didn't have the numbers on the watch face because of the design. In future, it would help if you found a way to integrate the numbers on the face of the watch to make it easier to determine the time.
